Provide Solution Group, of which INTESA is a part, is looking for an IT Manager to join our development team.
RESPONSABILITIES:
• Lead the IT strategy and define the company’s technological development plan.
• Manage and support the optimization of the IT infrastructure (on-premise and cloud), networks, servers, and core systems and applications (CRM, ERP, etc.).
• Organize, implement, and maintain IT systems, networks, servers, and applications essential to company operations.
• Ensure data protection and the implementation of cybersecurity and compliance policies.
• Analyze and improve business processes through integrated digital solutions.
• Coordinate digital transformation projects and the implementation of new technologies.
• Manage contracts with external suppliers, telephony systems, and all internal IT equipment.
• Handle the resolution of any hardware and software issues.
• Develop machine interfaces to support production orders using .NET and C#.
• Promote a culture of innovation and facilitate cross-departmental digitalization.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• At least 5 years of experience in the IT sector.
• Knowledge of cloud solutions and automation tools.
• Proficiency in .NET and C#.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel across the company's different sites.
