The Prima Work Center is designed to maximize performance and reliability while maintaining a small footprint and offering the possibility to modularly extend the machine during configuration or even after installation.

Prima can work with extreme precision on parts with a maximum diameter of 1400mm, ensuring a high degree of efficiency and autonomy, perfectly adapting to any production needs, also thanks to the new supervision and tool management software specifically developed by Intesa.

+ MODULARITY

Prima applies the concept of modularity in every constructive aspect: whether single or double-level, each machine is equipped with modular pallet storage and loading/unloading stations, easily extendable even after installation.

+ PRECISION

During all exchange phases, the pallet is never rotated. This ensures the absolute maintenance of the initial settings, even with unbalanced loads.

+ SPEED

The loading/unloading stations for two operators are ergonomic for working height and easy access. This allows, during the preparation of the system for an unmanned shift, a significant reduction in raw material loading times.

+ FLEXIBILITY

Thanks to the centralized controls, the operator always works in a single area for both loading/unloading pieces and using the CNC. Therefore, it is easy to integrate support systems such as automatic screwdrivers, vacuum cleaners, washing guns, rollers for incoming and outgoing parts, etc.
