The DML20 machining centre is designed to be a compact machine suitable for complex drilling and milling operations of holing and operations on the four sides of the workpiece in a single clamping.
The construction specifications of the modern Machining Centre make it suitable for both single production and for limited or medium series, ensuring in all cases high standards of productivity and precision.
DML20 is capable of working large parts up to 2600mm in diameter and 5000 kg. It can be equipped with horizontal mechanical heads or with electrospindle up to 20000rpm, or with horizontal-vertical tilting head.
The mechanical and electrical reliability allow rapid feeds of 40m per minute with accelerations of 3.8 sec per minute. The pallet changing is available in the versions of 2, 3 and 4 pallets with a RPS system (Rotary Pallet Storage) or LPP system (Linear Pallet Pool) / CPP system (Carrier Pallet Pool) in case of machine equipped with 5 or more pallets.
