DML2020 Line Machining Center
The DML2020 Line Machining Center is designed to be a compact machine suitable for complex drilling and milling operations on the four sides of the piece in a single clamping. The construction specifications of this modern Machining Center make it suitable both for single productions and for limited or medium series, guaranteeing in all cases high standards of productivity and precision. DML2020 line is able to work large pieces up to 2600mm in diameter and 5000 kg. It can be equipped with mechanical horizontal heads or with an electrospindle up to 14000rpm, or with a horizontal – vertical or tilting head. The reliable mechanics and electronics allow rapid advances of 40m/min with accelerations of 3.5m/sec2 The pallet changer is available in the 2, 3 and 4 pallet versions with rototranslating exchanger, and 5 pallets with shuttle.
Linea Mtro NG Machining Center
The Linea Metro NG Machining Center is designed to maximize performance and reliability while maintaining a small footprint on the ground and the possibility of extending both the tool magazine and the number of pallets available during configuration, even after installation . Linea Metro NG can work with extreme precision pieces up to a maximum size of 1180mm in diameter with a high degree of efficiency and autonomy, also thanks to the translation speed of the tool holder carriage of 90 m/min and the reduced tool change time ( tool-tool) of 5 seconds. The standard version is equipped with a 10000rpm electrospindle and a compact cell with 11 pallets and single-level shuttle, extendable up to 19 pallets with a two-level shuttle.
