The DML2020 Line Machining Center is designed to be a compact machine suitable for complex drilling and milling operations on the four sides of the piece in a single clamping. The construction specifications of this modern Machining Center make it suitable both for single productions and for limited or medium series, guaranteeing in all cases high standards of productivity and precision. DML2020 line is able to work large pieces up to 2600mm in diameter and 5000 kg. It can be equipped with mechanical horizontal heads or with an electrospindle up to 14000rpm, or with a horizontal – vertical or tilting head. The reliable mechanics and electronics allow rapid advances of 40m/min with accelerations of 3.5m/sec2 The pallet changer is available in the 2, 3 and 4 pallet versions with rototranslating exchanger, and 5 pallets with shuttle.
